Control Box Wiring & Wire Harnesses

Low-voltage control and instrumentation wiring for test equipment, machines and instruments in Singapore. Send us your drawings and we'll wire and test them, or let us design the schematic too.

Two Ways to Work With Us

Your drawings, or ours

Build-to-Print

You supply the schematic, wiring diagram and parts list. We build the control box or harness to your drawings, label every wire, and test it before it leaves our workshop. Any drawing errors we find, we raise with you before we wire.

Design-and-Build

You tell us what the box has to do. We draw the schematic, select the components, lay out the enclosure, wire it and test it. You get the box and a full drawing set you own.

What We Wire

Control boxes, harnesses and cable assemblies

Most of what we wire ends up inside test equipment and machines, so it's built to be opened, traced and serviced years later.

DAQ & Instrumentation Wiring

NI DAQ and other data acquisition hardware, sensors, transducers and instruments, with signal and power kept apart.

PLC & Controller I/O

PLC and controller I/O wiring for low-voltage control cabinets on test benches and machines.

Relays, Interlocks & Power Supplies

Relays, safety interlocks and regulated DC power supplies, so low-level safety sits in hardware, not in software.

Pneumatic Valve Drivers

Solenoid and valve driver circuits for pneumatic test rigs, wired and checked against the test sequence.

PC Integration

Industrial PC, USB, RS-232 and Ethernet connections, so the box talks to the test software from day one.

Cable Assemblies & Wiring Harnesses

Cable harness assembly for test equipment and instruments: cut, terminated, labelled and continuity-tested.

How We Deliver

What comes with every box

Labelled Looms

Every wire labelled at both ends and dressed into tidy looms, so your technician can trace a fault without a magnifying glass.

As-Built Schematics

Drawings that match what's inside the box, including any changes made during the build. You keep them.

Functional Testing Before Delivery

Continuity, insulation and functional checks before the box leaves us, so it works on your bench the first time.

From Our Workshop

Harnesses and control boxes we've wired

Wiring harness terminated into two circular aircraft-style connectors, every wire sleeved and labelled
Harness to circular connectors. Every wire sleeved and labelled, so it can be traced back to the drawing.

Control boxes we've built

Static test bench control box

For an aerospace static test bench covering six component maintenance manuals: NI DAQ, solid-state relays, regulated DC supplies, pneumatic valve drivers and interlocks in one enclosure. Read the story →

A320 control box, rebuilt to the original wiring spec

For a duplicate A320 functional test station. We traced the original wiring, then rebuilt the box with new terminals, a labelled loom and current DAQ, keeping the same pinout so the unit under test sees exactly what it did before. Read the story →

Quality

Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified for the design, build and commissioning of custom test, automation and monitoring systems (EQA IMS, certificate QS-26-2901). We are working towards IPC-A-620 for cable and wire harness assemblies.

Scope

What we do, and what we don't

We do low-voltage control and instrumentation wiring only: control boxes, wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for test equipment, machines and instruments.

We don't build switchboards or distribution boards, and we don't take on any work that needs a licensed electrical worker. If your job needs one, we'll tell you at the start.

Have drawings for a control box or harness?

Send them over, or describe what the box needs to do. We'll come back with a straight answer on build-to-print or design-and-build.
